Management Rights – You are what you are

If your community titles scheme is a management rights complex then embrace it and use the system to your advantage. Likewise if your scheme clearly does not fit the management rights model (often because the developer was thinking of their back pocket rather than the body corporate’s needs) then work out a plan for transitioning away from management rights.
