New Role – Admin Assistant


We are currently seeking to fill the following position:

Administrative Assistant (Legal): Casual position
We are an expanding boutique law firm in Mooloolaba, seeking an Administrative Assistant join the team to undertake general office and administrative duties.

This position is available for immediate commencement. Hours and wages are negotiable, based on your skill and experience.

Hours: 15-20 per week, ideally 3-5 days (flexible)
Start Date: ASAP
Wages: $18-25 per hour depending on skills and experience.

Duties may include:

  • Document and correspondence creation and archiving; and
  • General legal office work including general support on working files, binding, copying, filing, etc, and
  • Other administrative support duties including banking and mail collection.

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • Have good computer skills (MS Office – word & outlook essential)
  • Have good communication skills;
  • Are well presented, organized, efficient and have good time management.
