Seeking: Administration Assistant

We are a boutique law firm in Mooloolaba, seeking a capable and organised assistant to join the team to undertake reception and general office duties.

This position is available for commencement asap.
Hours and wages are negotiable, based on your skill and experience.

Duties may include:

  • This reception role supports our client interface.
  • Other administrative support duties including some marketing and communication tasks.
  • Transcription typing of documents and correspondence, document creation and archiving;
  • General legal office work including general support on working files, copying, filing, etc

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • Have good communication skills
  • Have good typing speed
  • Have good computer skills (MS Office – word & outlook essential)
  • Are trustworthy, well presented, organized, efficient and have good time management
