Tip 46 – Marketing – Online and Onsite

It’s almost a given that you will use some form of online marketing, whether the obligatory development website or something more esoteric.  You can (cheaply) create almost whatever you want in virtual reality these days. Don’t rule out a traditional site office however, particularly if there is something special about your site.  Whether it’s a 4 story platform for buyers to experience the ocean views, or the air-conditioned, lakeside community centre, a well thought out and presented onsite experience can get your buyers excited.
